Welcome to Share English Cafe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by General Incorporated Association EPIC Network ("EPIC Network", "we", "us", or "our").

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of EPIC Network and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. Media Consent
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These media materials may be used for promotional purposes on our social media platforms (SNS) and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason—including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EPIC Network makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EPIC Network, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or unauthorized access to your data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagoya, Japan.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
